DJUST Raises €7M to Strengthen Its European Leadership
A pioneer in modernizing B2B e-commerce and procurement platforms in France since 2020, DJUST is once again betting on innovation by giving professionals a customizable, out-of-the-box solution that brings together the best B2B-specific features, helping them modernize and streamline the customer journey in the age of AI.
October 1, 2025 – DJUST, the European SaaS leader specializing in digital platform design for B2B, announces the closing of a €7 million funding extension.
Two years after announcing a €12 million Series A, this extension is backed by New Enterprise Associates, Inc. (NEA) and Elaia partners, existing investors, and joined by Speedinvest, the pan-European investment fund, as a new participant.
This new round will allow DJUST to accelerate its core mission: modernizing and simplifying the B2B online journey, from order placement to payment. Today, the company manages €1.5 billion in transactions annually for its clients and aims to reach €3 billion by 2026. To achieve this, DJUST is focusing on innovation to meet this challenge, introducing new AI agent and payment features with the goal of cementing its position as the European benchmark in the sector.
Companies facing the challenges of agentic commerce: DJUST deploys its strategic expertise
The introduction of agentic AI opens up new perspectives for companies, particularly in real-time customer journey personalization. According to Gartner, 33% of enterprises will include agentic AI by 2028, compared to less than 1% today. A shift that opens up a world of possibilities for B2B players to further streamline their customer journeys and align with new B2C trends, while maintaining the specific standards of B2B.
With this funding extension, the co-founders of DJUST, Arnaud Rihiant, a founding member of Mirakl, and Eric Gaudin, are once again betting on innovation to address the sector's shifting landscape, with the upcoming development of an AI agent suite that will be available to their clients. This new technological component will enable new AI-powered use cases, particularly to streamline and simplify order processing, ultimately boosting productivity. The company is also announcing the introduction of a new feature on its platform: DJUST Pay. By offering the integration of payment methods fully tailored to B2B directly within its e-commerce platform, DJUST aims to help its clients streamline, personalize, and better anticipate cash flow through online payments.
The introduction of DJUST Pay and the AI Agent suite elevates the solution to the next level, creating an "end-to-end" platform capable of resolving all client pain points, regardless of the company's size or industry. With these new technological building blocks, DJUST will be able to support companies in their digitalization ambitions at every level, while staying ahead of the AI revolution.
"B2B continues to transform with AI. Professionals expect turnkey, scalable solutions to address the sector's increasingly complex challenges.
Together with the DJUST teams, we are betting on innovation to support the sector. The deployment of an AI agent suite and an integrated payment solution feels like the essential new building blocks for gaining productivity and improving cash flow, regardless of a company's size or industry.
As part of this new financial round, we are delighted to see our existing investors renew their confidence in our technology and approach, alongside Speedinvest, as we continue our mission: to be the partner that supports companies in their digitalization on an international scale."
Arnaud Rihiant, Founder & CEO at DJUST "
DJUST continues its growth in Europe and beyond
The company, which now has over 50 employees, supports around fifty clients, ranging from independent carpenters to Eiffage and Franprix. DJUST has enabled these organizations to address challenges related to structuring their B2B platforms and improving processes with a turnkey platform that adapts to the needs of all business sectors.
The company, which has experienced rapid growth since its €12 million funding round in 2023, intends to preserve its DNA by keeping its headquarters and teams, particularly its R&D, in France. Furthermore, DJUST will accelerate its activities in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, while also expanding into new European markets such as Spain, Italy, Germany, and the UK. With this new operation, the company aims to pursue its goal of becoming the European champion of digital B2B commerce by accelerating product development and continuing its growth.
"As a partner to DJUST since their Series A round in 2023, we have been consistently impressed by the team's ability to develop and scale their all-in-one operational platform. We are thrilled to lead this second round and to continue our partnership and support as DJUST works to build the future of agentic B2B commerce."
Philip Chopin, Partner at NEA.

"We are delighted to join DJUST alongside its existing investors. What convinced us was not only the strength of the team and the traction they have achieved so far, but also their clear vision for the future.
