A young, growing startup. Some performance issues may occasionally arise, but the team is always quick to respond.

Intuitive and well-documented API. Certain features address market needs that were not previously covered effectively. Importing an order catalog is extremely simple and can be done in various ways, whether through API calls or CSV file uploads. The team's responsiveness and transparency when technical issues arise are second to none.

We chose Djust at the very beginning of their journey, taking a risk by going with a completely new player in the market. It turned out to be a winning bet.

Djust understood our needs perfectly, especially given that we were just starting our e-commerce journey. They showed a tremendous amount of flexibility and were able to integrate the platform with our legacy ERP. More importantly, Djust managed the development and integration themselves.

As with any modular system, some features are not yet fully integrated, but the DJUST teams are very responsive to feedback in these situations.

Easy to set up and use, allowing you to launch an online store in just a few weeks. DJUST is already integrated with payment providers, ERPs, PIMs, and more. DJUST is an ecommerce solution designed to meet B2B challenges, with many features available such as managing specific catalogs per client, the ability to manage different prices per client or group of clients, and fully integrated customer quote management. It is very simple to import all my data into DJUST, such as customer information, products, prices, stock levels, and more—and with one click, everything appears on the ecommerce storefront, making it instantly visible to customers.

DJUST aims to provide a "one size fits most" application, which means some modules have limited flexibility and require front-end adjustments.

The team's extensive experience in e-commerce projects across multiple industries allows them to easily understand customer needs and ensure the solution fits perfectly with business processes. I have been impressed by the application's adaptability, combining many out-of-the-box features that can be activated with a single click, such as validation workflows, customer-specific pricing, quote management, and even post-order incident management. I have also been impressed by the flexibility of a headless solution and DJUST's ability to connect to an existing IT ecosystem using their Datahub.

A solution that is still maturing in some areas but is progressing very quickly.

In a short time, Djust has become one of, if not the, benchmark solutions for B2B e-commerce. With an agile approach and a strong focus on specific client needs, the solution covers both simple and complex purchasing processes unique to B2B, while remaining interconnected with the various systems that make up a complete platform: PSP, e-procurement, marketplace, data tracking, ERP, and more.

It may have a learning curve, but there are plenty of online tutorials to help you get started, plus a dedicated support team ready to assist.

Djust allows you to create a data model that aligns with your ERP or PIM in just a few clicks, making it simple to integrate into your existing IT infrastructure. As a "headless" platform, Djust delivers data from its backend via API to power your ecommerce site, offering you complete flexibility in your web design. The Djust team releases product updates several times a month to address client needs and drive the digitization of B2B ecommerce.

None, other than perhaps the need to develop sales forecasting.

Agility Ease of use. Customer service. Modularity Easy integration

For now, I don't see any red flags; everything is going very well with our usage. We only migrated our ecosystem 3 months ago, so everything is running smoothly.

Djust is simple to use, intuitive, and has a responsive customer service team. We were previously on Magento and the transition was seamless.

The richness of the data model and B2B features requires rigorous initial analysis to properly structure import matrices, but the close support provided by the vendor allows for the rapid resolution of any roadblocks.

High-performance B2B data model: capable of managing large, complex catalogs (multi-dimensional variant matrices, custom attributes, carbon footprint data). Advanced native B2B features: price masking for guest users, online quote management, and multi-account/organization structures. Technical flexibility: excellent headless integration with modern technologies (Symfony, Vue.js, Nuxt) and seamless interfacing with ERP/CRM ecosystems. Vendor support: high availability, expertise, and responsiveness from the DJUST teams during scoping and data structuring workshops.

Nothing specific to report; this sector is evolving very quickly, and the team is responsive regarding opportunities to develop the tool and its features.

The team is very attentive and available. The proposed solution fully meets our initial expectations. The DJUST team took the expectations, needs, and constraints of a small business like ours into careful consideration.

A few customization features related to shipping are missing for a perfect product (likely integration with delivery providers).

The ease of use and the support provided made it possible to fully master the tool.
