Adore Me Chooses DJUST to Power Its Wholesale Expansion
DJUST, an innovative unified B2B commerce platform, is accelerating its growth in the United States by partnering with its first U.S. customer, Adore Me, a Victoria’s Secret subsidiary, to support the expansion of its wholesale business in the U.S. and Europe.
Adore Me (a Victoria’s Secret Group brand), an inclusive and innovative lingerie label, wants to equip itself with the best B2B commerce platform to diversify its business and accelerate into new strategic channels in 2024 and 2025.
The American brand, founded in 2011 by two French entrepreneurs, has chosen French startup DJUST to support this new commercial rollout in the US. A true gateway to the American market for the startup founded in 2020.
Alexis Delplanque, co-founder of DJUST and head of the US subsidiary, is delighted by the new collaboration with Adore Me:
“This partnership is an important milestone in our international expansion and gives us the opportunity to address the challenges of B2B commerce in the US. We were already active in the fashion segment in Europe, and this further strengthens our expertise in this space.”
DJUST is the unified B2B commerce platform specifically designed and built to meet the unique requirements and complexity of B2B commerce. Its 100% modular, SaaS, headless solution makes it possible to unify and digitize the many processes involved in any commercial relationship with a network of business customers.
With DJUST, Adore Me will be able to manage and consolidate all of its wholesale channels (department stores, distributors, small retailers, marketplaces) on a single platform, making it easier to streamline and digitize the entire commercial relationship end to end, from order capture to replenishing a distribution network in the US — and even, tomorrow, in Europe.
Among the many capabilities offered by the SaaS solution, it is notably possible to get a 360-degree view of each B2B customer, centralizing data from multiple order channels such as email, a field sales order portal, an e-commerce site, procurement systems, ERP, and more. It also personalizes each B2B customer’s buying experience by offering customer-specific pricing, dedicated catalogs, product recommendations, and more. Finally, the use of artificial intelligence makes it possible, among other things, to enrich and complete product catalog data or turn emails into orders directly in the platform, in order to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Romain Liot shares the same vision of unified B2B commerce as Alexis Delplanque. He explains:
“Thanks to the DJUST platform, we’ll be able to digitize our commercial relationship with our B2B customers just as we have with our B2C customers. Diversifying into wholesale is a strategic priority, so it’s essential that we equip ourselves with an innovative platform built by experts in B2B commerce. We’re confident this partnership will also support our international growth in Europe”
