DJUST Raises €7M to Strengthen Its European Leadership
A pioneer in modernizing B2B e-commerce and procurement platforms in France since 2020, DJUST is once again betting on innovation by giving professionals a customizable, out-of-the-box solution that brings together the best B2B-specific features, helping them modernize and streamline the customer journey in the age of AI.
Paris, October 1, 2025 – DJUST, the leading European SaaS company specializing in digital platform design for B2B, announces the closing of a €7 million funding extension.
Two years after announcing a €12 million Series A, this extension is led by New Enterprise Associates, Inc. (NEA), alongside Elaia partners, existing investors, and joined by Speedinvest, the pan-European investment fund, as a new participant.
This new round will allow DJUST to accelerate its core mission: modernizing and simplifying the online journey for B2B players, from order capture through to payment. Today, the company processes 1.5 billion transactions a year for its customers and aims to reach 3 billion by 2026. To get there, DJUST is betting on innovation to meet this challenge, with the introduction of new AI agent and payment capabilities, with the goal of strengthening its position as Europe’s benchmark in the sector.
As businesses face the challenges of agentic commerce, DJUST brings its strategic expertise to the table
The rise of agentic AI opens up new opportunities for businesses, especially when it comes to real-time personalization of the customer journey. According to Gartner, 33% of companies will include agentic AI by 2028, up from less than 1% today. This shift opens up new possibilities for B2B players to further streamline the customer journey and move closer to emerging B2C trends, while still preserving the specific codes of B2B.
With this funding extension, DJUST cofounders Arnaud Rihiant, a founding member of Mirakl, and Eric Gaudin, are once again betting on innovation to address the sector’s latest shifts, with the upcoming development of a suite of AI agents that will be available to their customers. This new technology layer will unlock new AI-powered use cases, especially to streamline and simplify order capture, and ultimately improve productivity. The company is also announcing a new feature on its platform: DJUST Pay. By integrating payment methods that are 100% tailored to B2B directly into its e-commerce platform, DJUST aims to help customers streamline, personalize, and better anticipate cash flow with online payments.
The launch of DJUST Pay and the AI Agents suite takes the solution to the next level, with an “end-to-end” platform capable of solving all customer pain points, regardless of company size or industry. With these new technology building blocks, DJUST will be able to support businesses in their digitalization ambitions at every level, while staying ahead of the AI revolution.
“B2B continues to evolve with AI. Professionals expect turnkey, scalable solutions to address the increasingly complex challenges of the sector.
With the DJUST team, we’re betting on innovation to support the industry, and the rollout of a suite of AI agents, or even an integrated payment solution, seems to us to be the new essential building blocks for gaining productivity and cash flow, regardless of a company’s size or industry.
As part of this new financing round, we’re delighted to see our existing investors renew their confidence in our technology and our approach, as well as Speedinvest, as we continue our mission: to be the partner that supports companies in their digitalization on a global scale. “
Arnaud Rihiant, Founder & CEO at DJUST “
DJUST continues its growth in Europe and beyond
The company, which now has more than 50 employees, supports around 50 customers, from independent carpenters to Eiffage and Franprix. DJUST has helped these organizations address the need to structure their B2B platforms and improve processes, with an out-of-the-box platform that adapts to the needs of every industry.
The company, which has seen rapid growth since its €12 million funding round in 2023, intends to preserve its DNA by keeping its headquarters and teams, including R&D, in France. At the same time, DJUST will accelerate its activities in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and expand into new European markets such as Spain, Italy, Germany, and England. With this new round, the company intends to continue its goal of becoming Europe’s champion of digital B2B commerce by accelerating product development and sustaining its growth.
« As a partner of DJUST during the Series A round in 2023, and ever since, we have been impressed by the team’s ability to develop and scale its all-in-one operational platform. We’re excited to lead this second round and continue our partnership and support as DJUST works to build the future of agentic B2B commerce."
Philip Chopin, partner at NEA.
“As a long-standing partner of DJUST, we have confidence in the team and in the potential of the new DJUST Pay module. It marks an important step in delivering a modern end-to-end B2B commerce platform, and we’re happy to continue supporting them.”
Xavier Lazarus, partner at Elaia Partners
« We’re delighted to join DJUST alongside its existing investors. What convinced us was not only the strength of the team and the traction it has built so far, but also its clear vision for the future. We’re convinced that AI and seamless payments are the next step for B2B commerce, and DJUST is particularly well positioned to lead this transformation. »
Wissam Nasreddine, partner at Speedinvest.
