Launching a B2B sales site in 2 months without a heavy IT project
Discover how Bubimex digitized its customer relations and optimized its sales administration

Client challenge details
Bubimex distributes its products to retailers, pet shops, and pet industry professionals across Europe. Ordering was primarily handled via email, with recurring orders processed manually and re-entered into the ERP by the sales administration team.
- Scalability challenges
The existing platform, built on WooCommerce and non-transactional, could not support Bubimex's European growth. It covered neither B2B specifics (account-based pricing, personalized catalogs, quote management) nor multi-country requirements. The tool had become a barrier to development rather than a lever.
- Loss of productivity
The majority of orders were processed manually. Sales administration teams had to enter orders received by email and then re-enter them into the ERP. Managing recurring orders was also time-consuming. The result: a significant amount of time spent on low-value administrative tasks.
- Lost commercial opportunities
The current platform did not allow for upsells, cross-sells, or personalized product recommendations. The experience offered to customers remained limited, far from the "B2C-like" standards expected today. Customers lacked autonomy, which impacted both satisfaction and revenue potential.
Objectives & challenges
Digitizing order placement and customer experience
The main objective is to implement an online transactional portal that allows B2B customers to place orders independently. Through a modern and fluid interface, buyers benefit from a personalized journey, including access to a dedicated catalog, display of their negotiated rates, and real-time order tracking.
Optimizing sales administration
The platform aims to relieve sales administration teams of time-consuming, low-value tasks. Eventually, direct interconnection with the Divalto ERP will automate data flows. Manual entry will disappear, the risk of error will be significantly reduced, and orders will be processed faster.
Addressing B2B business specifics
The solution adapts precisely to the complex requirements of B2B commerce. It natively integrates multi-account structure management, customized price lists, catalog segmentation, and validation rules or workflows specific to each organization.
Agile deployment and controlled IT impact
The challenge lies in the rapid commissioning of an immediately operational solution, according to a controlled schedule. By avoiding heavy, structural IT projects, the company secures its budget while ensuring a quick return on investment and easy user adoption.
The DJUST solution
Bubimex chose DJUST to deploy a B2B e-commerce portal natively designed to handle B2B specificities: multi-account management, personalized pricing, segmented catalogs, and ERP integration. The project was launched as an MVP to prioritize essentials and accelerate time-to-market. To move quickly, Bubimex opted for manual data updates at the start and a phased rollout: the portal is currently used by an initial group of about twenty clients. The interconnection with Divalto, currently underway, will automate order flows, inventory, and logistics tracking, eventually allowing the portal to be opened to all clients.
